You can change your distance by accessing your registration dashboard via the link in your confirmation email. Simply follow the transfer steps provided.
Alternatively, you can change your distance by emailing [email protected] before Thursday 9 October at 5.00pm.
Changes after this date will need to be made at the registration marquee on Friday 10 October, or Saturday 11 October. There are strictly no distance changes on Sunday 12 October.
All distance changes are subject to availability in the distance participants wish to transfer to.
Should you no longer be able to attend the event, your registration can be transferred to the 2026 fisiocrem GC50 Run Festival, subject to a $20 admin fee. Deferral of your entry is possible until midnight Friday 26 September.
To defer your registration, please email [email protected] with your request in writing.
Please note: your registration may only be transferred on one occasion. If you have previously transferred to this event, this option is not available.
Race Roster’s Registration Refund Protection Program is Race Roster’s promise to participants to protect their registration purchase in the case that they cannot attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances. During the registration process you will have the opportunity to purchase refund protect.
Race Roster’s Enhanced Refund Protection Program covers but is not limited to;
- Injury & illness
- COVID-19
- Severe weather
- Layoffs/terminations
- Mechanical breakdowns

Participants are able to join a team during registration, or via the event dashboard after you have registered.
Simply search existing teams in the search bar. To create a new team, select the ‘create new team’ button and follow the set up steps.

If you have already entered and would like to receive your race bib ahead of the event you can add the postage service (available until midnight September 5) to your existing entry via the Event Store Here.
Race bibs will be despatched in bulk 3-4 weeks ahead of the event. Participant shirts will be provided to you at the event.
